The word Reiki stems from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal and “ki,” meaning vital life force energy. Reiki means universal life force energy. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses the hands and gentle touch. The Reiki practitioner’s hands use universal life force energy to deliver Reiki healing energy to the client. Reiki is used in over 800 hospitals all over the world.
In Sanskrit, “Chakra” means “wheel” or “disk.” In this context, chakras are energy centers, seven, located along the spine, each chakra is associated with specific functions and emotions.
To harmonize energy flow within the body by aligning and balancing the chakras, promoting physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
What is Sound Healing Therapy?
Sound healing therapy, also known as sound bath or vibrational therapy, is a full mind, body and soul listening experience that uses gentle sound vibrations, from a variety of instruments, like chimes and singing bowls, to calm the mind, restore balance and support emotional and physical healing.
